Gym Equipment summary

  • Cardio Zone: Treadmills, rowers, arc trainers, bikes, bike ergs, cross-trainers, Stairmasters, 20m indoor running track
  • Strength and Weights: Dumbbells ranging from 1KG to 50KG, Variety of Cybex weight machines, cable stacks, smith machine, leg press, hip thrust, squat platforms
  • Functional area: 40Kg sled, 3 Sky ergs, functional zone to include space for body weight, kettlebell, etc.
  • Body Analysis and free initial assessment available upon booking

Personalised fitness

  • Free 30 minute introduction session – Learn how to use the equipment effectively and safely with one of our fitness instructors.
  • Our Bespoke 5 Step Fitness Plan

To keep you on track we are offering you a 5 Step Fitness Plan with one of our fitness instructors for €70.00! Over the 5 stages you will meet with a trainer to discuss your goals & how you aim to get there, you will then work with the trainer to find the best plan for you through designing the program, testing it out, reviewing the plan & making the necessary tweaks to find the best fit for you. When you feel that you have reached your goals from the specific programme you can then book in for a review. This service is €70.00. Members have 90 days to complete the 5 stages and notification of cancellation must be given at least 4 hours in advance of a booked session.


Gym Rules

  1. Members must be 16 years or over to use the gym and bringing guests is not permitted
  2. Members must consider necessary medical advice to ensure their fitness levels and health allows them to use the gym safely prior to talking up the membership and also throughout the course their membership. Members must notify staff immediately if they feel unwell when using the facilities.
  3. All members are recommended to book a gym induction and obtain instruction from fitness staff to ensure the understanding of the equipment and adopting a safe training suitable to their ability. Members must use the gym equipment in accordance with the operating instructions
  4. As the use of the gym involves physical activities it may occasionally cause an injury. To minimise the risk, the member acknowledges that they are in good health, will use the equipment correctly and will not exercise beyond their own abilities.
  5. The member uses the gym on a voluntary basis and accepts all risk of injury, damage or loss which may be sustained as a result of or connected with their use of the gym.
  6. For health and safety reasons it is essential that suitable exercise clothing and footwear is worn when exercising.
  7. For hygiene reasons members are asked to wipe down equipment after use.
  8. SPORTSCO is not responsible for any loss or theft of personal property brough to or left in the gym area. Members are advised to take reasonable care of their personal belongings.

Free Personalised Programmes

Free Personalised Programmes

What makes us different? We offer a very personalised service for fitness programmes - you meet with a member of the gym team, they discuss your medical history, goals, time you can allocate to exercise etc. From this they put together a personal programme in line with these goals, and recommend you review every 4-6 weeks.

This service is FREE as part of your gym package.
