Flow

Flow is a mindful workout designed to shape and tone postural muscles, enhance core strength, and improve flexibility and range of movement. Using equipment such as blocks, straps, foam rollers, and mats, this class supports movement and flexibility. Suitable for beginners. 

Functional

Functional

Functional is a gym-floor workout using our functional training rack to improve overall athletic performance. Through targeted exercises, this class develops strength, agility, speed, and power, helping you move stronger and more efficiently. Recommended for participants with prior fitness experience. 

H.I.I.T

H.I.I.T (High-Intensity Interval Training) is a challenging, full-body workout designed to build strength, lean muscle, and cardiovascular fitness. Using kettlebells, power bags, and bodyweight exercises, this high-energy session targets all major muscle groups for maximum calorie burn. Recommended for participants with prior fitness experience. 

Pilates

Pilates

Based on the principles of Pilates movements you will leave class feeling strong, exhilarated, stretched & focused. Remember improved core strength & flexibility encourage better movement in the whole body. This in turn helps you in all your other disciplines in everyday life; Walking, Running, Weightlifting etc

Pump

Pump is a full-body strength class using light to moderate barbells and high-repetition sets to tone and sculpt muscles. This mixed-ability workout builds strength and endurance. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Spin is a 45-minute group indoor cycling workout that combines varied intensity intervals with climbs, hills, and speed work to build strength, boost endurance, and improve cardiovascular fitness, leaving you energized and motivated. Suitable for all fitness levels. 

Yoga

Yoga is a gentle, beginner-friendly class that guides you through a series of poses to bend, stretch, and flow. Improve flexibility, build core strength, and reduce stress while enjoying a mindful workout. Please bring your own mat if possible. Suitable for beginners.
